Preferred payment is through Paypal. Orders shipped to West Virginia will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
Shipping Information
United States - We ship to all 50 States, US Territories, and APO/FPOs. Shipments are made within 1 day of payment, excluding weekends & major holidays. We ship by USPS, Fedex and UPS.
International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. International orders are shipped through the eBay Global Shipping Program and other carriers.
We can only ship to verified addresses. We cannot change the shipping address after an item ships.
Returns
We will happily return your money if you are not satisfied. Item returned for refund must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. It must be returned with the original packaging and all included accessories and literature, owner's manual, warranty card, etc. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Sorry, some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include software, DVD’s, and video courses. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. (Does not apply to defective products.)
