    Royal Siam or Thai cover
    , addressed to Count Visetpakdi Por. Chor with Royal seal.  The envelope measures 10.5 x 5.5 inches.  We estimate the age to be World War II or earlier.  The cover has some water stains (see photos).  We obtained the cover at the Chatuchak Weekend Market in Bangkok in the late 1990's.
