    TERMS OF SALE
    Equipment we sell is made using advanced technologies. Therefore they need to be installed and maintained properly and professionally. Installation requires certain specific tools and knowledge and must be performed by trained technicians. Certain electrical and refrigeration work needed for the installation is regulated by laws and codes, federally and locally, which may vary for each locality and state. Improperly installed equipment may raise serious safety concerns as well as performance deficiencies. Please be advised that we will not be liable for any harm, damages or injuries to property or persons, caused by the equipment we sell, under any circumstances.
    We realize some buyers are highly qualified to perform some or most of the tasks involved in the installation process. In fact, certain processes in installation may be performed by someone handy to reduce the amount of work left to be done by technicians and therefore save on the hired labor costs. We advise everyone to check clearly and adhere to all laws, codes and regulations and limit their involvement in the installation to only such areas that do not require a license or permit.     Once shipped the equipment is generally non-returnable. Please contact us for returns if required for certain reasons beyond your control within maximum 14 days. If we agree, we will issue an RMA number and other instructions to return the equipment. Returned equipment is to be shipped freight prepaid by the buyer and must be re-packed in its original condition and in its original packaging. Additionally, we will refund only the purchase price minus all original freight costs, EBay fees, PayPal or credit card charges and 20% restocking fee. PLEASE NOTE; AFTER IT IS INSTALLED, THE EQUIPMENT IS NOT RETURNABLE.
    We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. In such cases, if a payment has already been sent, it will be fully refunded immediately.
    SHIPPING
    We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. No shipments to APO/FPO addresses, AK, HI, PR or other US Territories. No international shipments. Due to the size and the weight of our equipment, we can only utilize well known freight companies for shipping. Each shipment will be paletized, strapped down and wrapped in stretch film to protect against damages during transit. Upon arrival you may ask the driver to break down the palette into individual cartons to unload the goods from the truck easily. We generally do not offer Lift Gate service. This will arrive as curb side delivery. Trucker will need assistance in unloading the goods from the truck to ground level. If you must have Lift Gate service, there may be an additional charge which needs to be paid separately. We also allow free pickup from our main distribution warehouse, located in Miami area. Equipment we sell is not suitable for express or courier shipping because of their weight as well as high risk of damages.
    We prepare each shipment within 24 hours after the receipt of payment (only during weekdays). Trucking companies usually pick up same day or a day after we call them that the shipment is ready. The transit may take any time between 3 to 6 business days and in rare cases up to 10 days. We will provide tracking information after shipment. Please contact us in case of any shipment delays.
    CHECK YOUR EBAY RECORD CAREFULLY TO SUBMIT THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS, UPDATED EMAIL AND A VALID PHONE NUMBER
    with your order. Someone must be present to receive the cargo at the time of delivery. Delivery company will call your phone number to setup a delivery appointment for residential deliveries. If your phone number is not valid, the cargo can not be delivered and will be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival. If the delivery is refused or can not be delivered, it will be handled as returned merchandise
    Upon arrival, count all cartons and compare with the number stated on the delivery receipt before signing. Open the cartons and inspect the goods carefully for any damages. All products have been inspected under strict ISO regulated facilities and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Report any shipping damages to the freight carrier on the delivery receipt and file a claim. Also contact us with the description of damages and pictures, etc. Although rare, certain freight damages can occur and we are here to help. We carry all necessary replacement and service parts and components in large quantities and make them available during and after the warranty period.
    PAYMENTS
    We gladly accept PayPal payments. You can use PayPal and pay with a credit card, even if you are not a member of PayPal. On the special instructions area, please assure to enter your phone number, enter any other specific requirements pertaining to your delivery (valid phone number is required for the delivery driver). If you have any problem about paying, please inform us and we will try to assist you with other payment options. If the delivery address is within the State of Florida or if the shipment will be picked up by the buyer, we are required by the State of Florida to charge sales tax, equivalent to 7% of the equipment price.
    WARRANTY
    We offer 2 years limited warranty coverage on all equipment we sell against certain defects in materials and workmanship. In addition, we offer 5 years warranty on the compressor. This warranty is subject to certain conditions and requirements to be in force. The warranty registration form we ship with each unit must be filled out entirely as required and sent back to us for registration and verification of proper installation. Equipment that is not registered properly after installation will not be covered.  Certain fields on the warranty card need to be filled to contain certain operational or diagnostic measurements.
